Old Suitcase to the Rescue

The electrical box in the trailer was ugly. I had an old (small) suitcase that I painted and decorated. Covered the handle with leopard printed silk velvet. Cut the back out to fit over the panel. You would never know it's there. To get to the panel all you have to do is open the suitcase.

Interior Walls Complete - Moving In!!

I have started putting things into the trailer. The upholstered wall had all kinds of wires on it. Upholstering it covered all of that up. I'm going to get a mattress for the antique baby bed. I will make a long dust ruffle for it and lots of pillows. Should be a comfy place to read or do some art projects. Lots more stuff to go into it. I'll be posting more pictures soon.

1950's Trailer

Finishing up the exterior of my trailer. Still want to do more painting on the door. The interior floor is almost laid, thanks to my son in law. Now I am going to upholster one wall in fabric and I can start moving things in. Yippee!!
